Brief: Kit and Caboodle were engaged to design and creatively produce a private Bat Mitzvah in the UK Countryside in the Summer . It was for 180 private guests and needed to cater for both adults and young children.

Design & Build: Taking the theme Enchanted Garden
We created a stunning marquee setting for the main dinner and dance room. A snapshot of elements we designed included a bespoke bird cage canopy for the main client’s table, projection mapped beautiful hummingbird images onto the stage.
We built a circular see-through dance floor with hundreds of indigo butterflies painted with UV wings (for a main UV midnight reveal). Attention to detail was crucial and from the tiny ceramic mice we created for the cheeseboards to the giant over-sized mushrooms for mushroom bowling the event proved to be a magical event creating lasting memories for the guests.
