Zombie Flash Mob - Granary Square

Our theatrical background put us in the perfect position to create a community spirited Halloween event based around a Zombie mass Thriller flashmob, in Granary Square, Kings Cross.

With a brief to 'encourage community spirit around Halloween that will engage with audiences, create press and social media coverage' we set to work bringing the business and residential communities together whilst promoting the local area.

Kit and Caboodle created a fully immersive and engaging theatrical experience that was enjoyed by all ages. We choreographed 100 Zombies who roamed freely throughout our Canalside Steps, Granary Graveyard. Our dancers led a Thriller-style routine after a screening of the iconic original Michael Jackson music video.

Dressed in their best zombie gear, the public gathered at the spooky spectacle that surrounded the square. Kit and Caboodle were responsible for overall event management, including designing and delivering all elements of the event using special effects, lighting, big screens, character entertainment and prop and set dressing to created such an excitable atmosphere.

Drinks, free zombie makeovers and fantastic comedy comperes with trick or treat giveaways also entertained guests at the spookily transformed Granary Square.

It was such a success that ITV news and weather chose it as their London destination to broadcast from.

The client, crowd, community and media loved it - check out a video and some photos and coverage below.
