Working with the team from Four Communications, Kit & Caboodle came up with a colourful launch for their first “YUM@cowcrossyards,” a pop-up mini-festival of good food and good company in the newly-decorated Cowcross Yards area in Farringdon, snuggled between Cowcross Street, St John Street and Britton Street (www.cowcrossyards.co.uk).
The site of a medieval cattle market, and home to the HM the Queen’s favourite Booth’s Gin’s 18th century distillery at one time, the area is now home to trendy bars and restaurants, as well as a weekly food market.
The Feast of Fall saw crowds of curious passers-by including residents, local office workers and tourists, stumbled across the vibrant celebration of Autumn. Sitting around to admire the colourful new mural by Graffiti Kings, whilst almost 500 enjoyed the delicious give-aways from the Fall Dome containing our edible garden this included complimentary pannacotta in scooped out mini-pumpkins, and delicious chocolate mousse flower pots, complete with marshmallow mushrooms.
