  • Facebook Summer Party

Facebook Summer Staff Party Brief 1 Facebook deeply values and celebrates its incredible staff and wanted them to enjoy the summer party of all summer parties. Our brief was to source a suitable venue and design, produce and manage a Summer Party experience for 1,200 staff members and their families. Services We supplied a full turn-key service with full event management including all production aspects. Our in-house creative team oversaw all graphic and event design including the specification and construction of all exterior and interior decorative elements. This was in keeping with the fabric of Hampton Court House, working around existing features to bring an element of Midsummer Magic and fun. We built swan features for the lakes, giant letters for photo opportunities, and had over 200 of our own team and contractors on site to manage the experience, providing a range of activities including a colourful and quirky children’s garden as well as party room with entertainers, a hilarious animatronic camel with trainer, ongoing program of live acts on the main stage, multiple food outlets including a delicatessen style feast and pizza baked on site, and free fresh floral head-dresses for guests. At night as DJ Ben Bridgewater got onto the decks, the whole event area was transformed with animated live VJ projections, dramatic lighting to the house and grounds as well as candlelight and lanterns to the trees. #Staffparty

  • Burn Residency - Ibiza

As summer draws to an end and we experience the last few days of sun, the Kit and Caboodle team are reminiscing on all the summer madness of our Ibiza season 2016. Burn Residency was a summer scorcher that all aspiring DJ’s wanted to be a part of. Seeking out the best of the best in world-leading, undiscovered DJ talent, the Burn Residency 2016 competition was a project that all team members wanted to be a part of. Acclaimed as one of the most fundamental initiative in electronica and built towards discovering the next generation of producers this event was sure to be one not to miss. Partnering with iconic Ibiza clubs including Sankey’s, Ushuaia and Café Mambo, this event offered a summer-long residency including a prize of €100,000 to kick start the aspiring DJ’s career, the few finalists lucky enough to be shortlisted then attended a professional DJ boot camp, that was fully kitted out by Kit and Caboodle. Engaged by Amplify, we provided on the ground support and expertise, bringing on board catering, light and sound and transport suppliers. In addition to this we were responsible for transforming the villa, clubs and bars with a sleek and stylish kit that we designed and built. This played a crucial part in making sure that all contestants attending boot camp felt like the DJ’ing legends they are aspiring to. Our modular build meant that every event space that it occupied from Privilege, to the terrace at Ushuaia and the rooftop of hotel Es Vive would immediately be transformed into a premium Burn experience. Occupying technical master classes from the likes of Luciano, Darius Syrossian, Miguel Campbell, Funktion One, Sonica Radio and Carl Cox. From a bespoke DJ hood to plinths, light boxes and branded furniture, all deigned and built with the brand, Burn in mind. We couldn't agree more with DJ Carl Cox who said "Fantastic to be a part of Burn Residency again this year in Ibiza. Huge shout out to all the DJs and Producers involved .. some serious stars in the making!" The event boasted 26 speakers including Carl Cox, Dubfire and John Digweed, 35 events in 10 locations and 31 pieces of coverage in total. Contact us for more information about our work in Ibiza

  • Saatchi Annual Dinner

With the motto “Nothing is Impossible” carved into their corporate doorstep, we have worked with the HQ of Saatchi & Saatchi the outstanding global communications and advertising agency to manage their annual dinner for senior staff and client guests at the Tate Modern, two years running. Ranging over three floors, we managed the whole event except the catering, bringing in outstanding floral and lighting installations to greet guests with a creative, immersive environment that stretched from the concourse and reception areas to the dining hall. Warm colours, dark woods and copper set off the midnight blue environment to present a pleasing setting for speakers to present, and guests to relax. This year’s event was styled in hot pinks and scarlet, coupled with bespoke black and white striped table dressing for eye-catching effect. From a stretch 8ft floral wall to a customised bar, we have an eye for detail that comes through in our client relationships, because, like Saatchi and Saatchi, we believe that nothing is impossible.

  • Adidas Future House

Kit and Caboodle were challenged to create an immersive space for Adidas in collaboration with Sunshine which aimed to inspire attendees, celebrate emerging creative talent and encourage people to champion their own individuality. Adidas Future House was created as an otherworldly experience, set across two floors. Guests entered via a future portal, a future farming laboratory into an urban wasteland. The design encouraged exploration and key messaging 'I'll find my own way' led guests up stairwells dressed with neon into Mirror City which was a social commentary on the selfie movement. A kaleidoscopic mirrored room with infinity reflections of the crowd. This led out onto the terrace which was heaving with revellers - complete with impromptu fire erupting concrete slabs. The Future House was built to reflect the new and uncompromising creative generation. For six days Futurehouse became one of London’s most talked-about destinations: 3,600+ people passed through the building over six days, creating 5,000+ social posts, and 300k likes, shares and re-tweets. Live performances on the night were delivered by Joey Bada$$, Annie Mac, Wretch32 & Avelino and Snakehips while Manny Norte, Monki and Lily Mercer entertained the crowd with live DJ sets. Ben Hack of Sunshine "I’ve worked with Kit and Caboodle on numerous occasions; at MTV and then most recently on the Adidas Futurehouse project. Their work is super creative and fresh, and executed to an incredibly high standard. What’s more, Tanya and the team are a pleasure to work with, and always deliver no matter how challenging the brief or timeline is". • Ciroc European Tour

Our Creative Director and team were engaged to introduce a little-known brand to key influential audiences across Western Europe. Ciroc is now a market-leading eau-de-vie vodka. Produced and distributed by the British-based multinational Diageo, it is distilled from the finest French grapes. Working with Ciroc gave us a rare opportunity to write the brief.  We proposed experiential marketing through creating a “Club” environment based on the original blue orb design on the Ciroc bottle. We asked ourselves “If Ciroc were a club, how would it be?”  Our successful event design took the brand on the road by creating a bespoke, show-stopping “Jet Set Tour.” Our strategy raised awareness through an outstanding immersive event experience across multiple countries, cities and venues. The creative team designed and manufactured a full-service touring kit of parts – including the bar, furniture, DJ booth, ice buckets, glassware, votive tealights, every detail great and small was considered and brought to life. Designed to work in any combination, it achieved a luxury, bespoke Ciroc environment, unmistakeably branded and completely scalable.  The tour saw us activate on luxury yachts, trackside at the Monaco Grand Prix, polo in Ibiza and villas across the south of France and the Balearics. Kit & Cabbodle were responsible for every aspect of the project including, concept, proposals, event design, product manufacture and full delivery and implementation of the “Jet Set Tour. By producing all asset components of the set and props, we guaranteed production in suitably high resistance and high-quality materials to resonate the brand’s values and aesthetics. Working with this emergent luxury brand provided valuable experience for our team. With the savour-faire and panache developed collaboratively, we exceeded the commercial objectives set by the client. In doing this we held the confidence of the client and successfully developed the reputation of the up-and-coming prestige brand, going on to work with Diageo on numerous projects. #GlobalTour #DrinksBrand

  • ADIDAS SolarBoost

To celebrate the launch of the new adidas SolarBOOST running shoe we were tasked with creating and installing an interactive brand space where guests could upgrade to the best running tech around, collecting giveaways before embarking on a mapped run around town. Our aim was to not only excite consumers about the running shoe itself, but also to demonstrate within the experience, the innovative technical excellence inspired by NASA engineering that’s employed to create adidas SolarBOOST. Taking over the existing adidas female fitness studio on Brick Lane, London our goal was to take consumers on a journey through the different elements of the innovative materials employed by the shoe. We designed a highly creative immersive environment within which guests could explore the site and merits of the shoe design. We employed various physical set build and digital effects guiding guests down an electric blue mirrored tunnel with pulsing lighting effects and a bold rising sun inspired show display, through to a maze of gauze, lasers, LED walling within which the shoes levitated in mid air. There whole building set across 3 floors was transformed to encourage engagement with the product, including a landscaping of the exterior garden, redesign and fit-out of social spaces and locker rooms. Throughout the 2 week long event, the client invited retail industry professionals, press and influencers to the site. @adidasLondon #SolarBOOST #createdwithadidas

  • Dishoom Family Mela 2016

Dishoom closed all their restaurants for the day to allow us to set-up a festival style Mela including fairground rides, loud brightly coloured decorations, rickshaw photobooth, pamper parlour, children's entertainment, live music and uplifting DJ / dance floor to a food village of eclectic food trucks and plenty of cold Kingfisher beer! We had a great time creating Dishoom's annual ‪#‎Familymela‬ at Mudchute Park. It was wonderful to see so many happy smiling faces celebrating with their team and families all their achievements. Creative Director and CEO of Kit and Caboodle Tanya Clark has been working with Dishoom to create unforgettable environments since 2011. • Holi Festival Theme Celebration

We were challenged to create two awesome Holi parties in London for restauranteurs Dishoom where 2,000 excited children and adults could fling powdered paint at one another? Holi is a Hindu spring festival in India and Nepal, also known as the festival of colours, where party-goers throw paint in celebration. Services: Full turn key event management and creative production. It was a challenge persuading a venue to accommodate such a messy activity! We sourced a suitable venue in Bethnal Green. The whole interior was wrapped in polythene to protect the walls and floor from the avalanche of powdered paint (over one ton!) that was about to descend. An army of cleaners was recruited to clean up between the daytime and evening parties. A riot of colour and fun, our client was very satisfied with our innovative approach to the project. We invited grafitti artist Inkie along to host kids workshops during the day, decorating the polythene walls with Indian street art inspired artworks. Kavi Thakrar, one of the Founder-Wallas of Dishoom was thrilled. “Kit & Caboodle brought buckets of fun and creativity to the party. The decoration of the walls with graffiti by Inkie provided a fun interactive element for adults and children alike. They added their own scribbles and drawings to the already-colourful walls - merging art, culture and fun – Holi brilliant!” #holidishoom
