Ultimate 'Lolly' experience created huge buzz on social media The Challenge How do families get tempted away from beaches and parks and back into a shopping mall, during a long hot summer in Cardiff? Insight and Ambition After the long hot summer months, we wanted to offer visitors an original experimental sensory experience focused on everyone’s favorite summertime treat ‘lollypops’ to tease taste buds and inspire them by giving people the chance to create their “dream topping” for a free lollipop. We crafted a free ticketed experience for guests to ‘pimp their own lollipop’ with a choice of over ten thousand flavor combinations, meaning no two lollies would ever be the same! Highlights The first free Lolly Pop-up Emporium in the UK. Creating fun and a brilliant experience in a vacant retail unit. Mind-boggling toppings of all shapes, sizes and flavours were offered including creepy crawlies and chillies for the brave! Huge social media traction as lucky ticket winners shared their unique recipes with each other on social media. Programme of DJs created the summer vibe in themed lounge areas. A successful transformation of a blank retail space into a bustling pop-up ice cream parlor. We crafted an immersive experience for over 1,100 attendees in just two days, with endless flavor combinations and Instagram-worthy lolly selfies!

A Jazz-Inspired Symphony of Light and Sound The Challenge To enliven the Brookfield Properties plaza at Citypoint into a vibrant, interactive space that sparks joy and encourages audience participation in a bustling urban environment. Insight and Ambition The lively energy of jazz and the design of gramophones inspired the creation of an immersive floral garden of light and sound at Citypoint. The installation, "Trumpet Flowers," was designed by Amigo & Amigo, featuring towering flower sculptures that invite audiences to interact, play, and create a sensory experience blending art, music, and engagement. Highlights Towering trumpet-shaped light sculptures, some reaching up to 6 metres tall, created a visually striking and interactive artwork. Each flower featured buttons allowing participants to produce musical sounds, blending jazz instruments like trumpets, tubas, and drums. An original jazz score by Otis Studio filled the plaza with a vibrant, harmonious atmosphere, enhancing the installation's design. "Trumpet Flowers" fostered connection and joy, inviting audiences to experiment with light and sound in an engaging public art experience Audiences engaged with "Trumpet Flowers" during the darker winter days, describing the experience as both inspiring and uplifting, with the interactive elements adding a playful touch.
