It’s been an incredible decade-long journey for Kit and Caboodle. From our early days as “vibe engineers” and “purveyors of wow” to becoming leaders in experiential design, we’ve continually dedicated ourselves to crafting unforgettable experiences that spark joy, build connections, and leave lasting impressions. Post-lockdown, we took a step back to deeply reflect on our work, values, and purpose - a process that led us to embrace our role in the industry as ‘Architects of Happiness’

Along the way, we’ve worked with visionary brands, supportive communities, and a talented team to turn ambitious ideas into extraordinary realities. Every challenge and collaboration has shaped who we are today, and we remain committed to pushing creative boundaries and delivering moments of magic.
A Journey Defined by Creativity and Connection

In 2013, Kit and Caboodle was founded on a single, bold idea: to elevate events beyond the expected. Over the years, we’ve become known for bringing immersive concepts to life, be it through large-scale public installations, bespoke brand activations, or intimate corporate gatherings.
As our Creative Lead, Pete, says: "Every event is a blank canvas, a unique opportunity to craft moments that captivate and transport people into the present, leaving them with an experience they’ll carry long after the event is over."
We draw great inspiration from our wider team of “Caboodlers” - specialists in a wide range of fields and expertise, named artists and skilled artisans, all of whom enjoy working with us on projects and many of whom go back over the 10 years of our shared activities.

What sets us apart from our competitors is our ability to merge creativity with meticulous planning. From reimagining urban spaces to creating intimate celebrations, we’ve explored every single avenue of experiential marketing.
Tanya, the founder of Kit & Caboodle, has been the creative force and guiding light behind the company since its inception. With over 20 years of experience in the industry, her vision and expertise have shaped the brand into a leader in experiential marketing, delivering unforgettable activations that connect people through play and storytelling.
Celebrating 10 Years of Milestones
As we reflect on the last decade, we’re proud to highlight some standout moments that have defined our journey:
This vibrant street celebration transformed a bustling London neighborhood into a hub of community spirit. With curated activities, lively entertainment, and bespoke installations, the event showcased how placemaking can bring people together in memorable ways. A first for us, and for the community.
Taking guests on a journey through Iceland’s unique culture, this activation blended storytelling, culinary delights, and atmospheric design to bring the spirit of Iceland to life. Attendees weren’t just at an event, they felt transported.
Adidas Activations
Over the years, we’ve partnered with Adidas to create high-energy brand experiences that celebrate sports, style, and innovation. From product launches to interactive workshops, we’ve helped showcase the brand’s iconic ethos.
Facebook and Saatchi & Saatchi Dinners
Intimate gatherings like these show how the smallest events can create the biggest impact. Through tailored designs, impeccable attention to detail, and a clear focus on storytelling, we helped turn many a corporate dinner into a night to remember.
Celebrating the brand’s essence through bespoke décor, carefully curated entertainment, and an atmosphere full of vibrancy, this private event known as their “family mela” exemplified our ability to reflect a brand’s personality in every detail.
Crafting Magic Across Industries
One of our Architects of Happiness, Aleksi, says, "The magic is in the making. Seeing an idea transform from concept to reality is what keeps us inspired." Our work isn’t just about events, it’s about creating experiences that resonate across industries and audiences:
Fleet Street Quarter’s Fusion Games brought playful, community-focused activations to the heart of London, demonstrating the power of sport and collaboration to connect people.
Brookfield Properties’ Trumpet Flowers and GLOW installations transformed public spaces with immersive light and sound, creating destinations where art and interaction took center stage.
Malibu’s Best Summer Ever embodied the carefree essence of summer through bold branding, interactive experiences, and playful design.
Club Curling at King’s Cross showcased how a simple concept can become an urban favorite, blending neon-lit nostalgia with community engagement.
Each project has been a testament to our ability to adapt, innovate, and push boundaries. As our Production Director, Andy Walker, puts it: “We don’t just deliver events; we create environments where people can connect, celebrate, and find joy.”

As we celebrate 10 years, we’re also looking to the future. From embracing new technologies like augmented reality to driving sustainability in event production, we’re committed to staying ahead of the curve while staying true to our mission of creating joy-filled experiences.

For us, the journey is far from over. As our Research and Development Director, Suzi, sums it up: “The past 10 years have been about creating moments of happiness, and the next decade will be about expanding that vision. There’s so much more to explore, and we can’t wait to see where the road takes us.”
